This morning we decided the costumes that we have to wear on Friday during the show.We went to a shop to buy some costumes but we used plenty of costumes from the school.

waiting for the show

The day of rappresentation is almost arrived. We have to work very hard to have a good result.

Yesterday we learnt the our part and we have rehearse.

In the morning Daniel and Mithun divided the our group in two group because we needed more space than what we had. With Daniel we have done the rehearsal in a very small room, and it wasn't very good, but it was the first! With Mithun we improved the pronunciation and corrected the mistakes.

We spent the lunch time to contiue to learn the our parts and in the evening all the group with Mithun and Daniel went in a park near the school. We have done the rehearsal another time and we had a good time.

freedom

FREEDOM

Freedom is a white flower
Freedom is an opened door
Is a leaf in the wind
Is the hope of everyone

Freedom is the dream

And everybody talks about it
But who's really free?
What's frredom?
What does it mean?
Oh freedom, freedom, is the dream...

Freedom is a world without cages and ranges,
Without limits,
A free world without lie
Freedom is a white dove
Is the wing of my heart,
So we can fly with freedom...

And everybody talks about it
But who's really free?
What's freedom?
What does it mean?
Oh freedom, freedom, is the dream...
Thursday 11, 12:30.

After doing research and various activities including interviews and discussions in groups, the students are now working away in teams to produce what will hopefully be an interesting and most enjoyable theatre production.

let's hope it'll be fun!

Hello Everybody!!!

We're Viviana & Antonella, two students from Italy.

We arrived in Oxford with our gruop on 7th September and we started to attend this school on the following day.

The work we're going to do during this two week is to create a play about Freedom.

To make this project possible we talked about the different kinds of Freedom: economic, political, individual, cultural and religious.

We were divided in gruops and each group did reasearch abuot one of the kind of Freedom to write some questions abuot freedom.

After that we carried out inteviews with some people to gather more information as possible abuot what the people think abuot freedom.

We interviewed a lot of people with differents ideas and opionions.

Then we were divided another time in different groups: writers, photographers and a camera man, musicians.

The writers yesterday afternoon started to gather the different ideas to write the play.

The photographers went to a park near the Christ Church and they took a lots of photos to the things that in our opinion rappresent the freedom.

The musicians wrote a song that talks with some metaphors to explain what they think about freedom.

We belong to the gruop of photographers.

This morning we shared our own photos on the computers and we searched some imagines that can rappresent the freedom to show during the play.

Some of the members of the different gruops started to make a collage.

Now we show to you few of the photos that Antonella and I took yesterday.
